Since meeting my husband, Dave Gordon, a decade ago, building homes, managing a business, and working with tradespeople have become a significant part of my life. Dave established DR Gordon Building, now known as Ballarat Custom Homes, over 20 years ago.
In my role, I delved into the design aspect of the business, specialising in custom home builds, colour consulting, and product sourcing. Guiding clients and helping them envision their dream homes has been an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to collaborate with some truly amazing individuals.
My personal style leans towards the classic and traditional Hampton aesthetic. In 2018, Dave and I built our own home right here in Ballarat Central (you can check it out in my featured projects). I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished, and since then, I’ve never looked back.
My home is my sanctuary, and it’s that same feeling of comfort and joy that I strive to create for my clients. I want them to step into their freshly completed spaces and immediately feel like they’ve arrived home.
While Ballarat Custom Homes has since been sold to our supervisor, Paul Kodorenko, who has been an integral part of our team for over a decade, my passion for guiding clients in building their dream homes remains unwavering. I am excited to continue being a part of their unique stories and helping them bring their visions to life.
